Coun. Ryan was a three-termer Brgy. Captain and a three-termer Vice-President of the Association of Barangay Captains before being a City Councilor. In the Sangguniang Panlungsod, he heads the Committee on Peace and Order, Public Safety, and Traffic Management, as well as the Committee on Games and Amusement. His experience in public service shows his determination and passion for the Calacazens.
