An educator by profession. Coun. Deo became a Private Secretary in the Office of the Mayor in July 2004 and a Municipal Information Officer of the same year until 2007. He ran for Councilor in 2007 and finished the three terms. In 2016, he became the Municipal Administrator until 2018. Coun. Deo’s dedication never wavered in serving the then Municipality of Calaca. He ran again for a Sangguniang Bayan post and won. As a City Councilor he heads the Committee on Finance, Budget, and Appropriations, Committee on Rules, Privileges, and Legal Matters, Committee on Ways, Means, and Revenues, Committee on Good Governance, Ethics, and Oversight, Committee on Education, Culture, and the Arts, Committee on Human Rights, and Committee on Accreditation.
