Hon. Prima “Emma” Casanova Dajoyag A doctor by profession, Coun. Emma has been in the service of Calacazens as part of the Sangguniang Bayan starting 2004. She is a three-termer councilor. As part of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, Coun Emma is the Chairman of the Committee on Health and Sanitation and Committee on Energy. She is the vice-chairman of the Committee on Social Welfare, Women, and Family Affairs and Senior Citizens, Committee on Market and Slaughterhouse, and Committee on Tourism. She has authored Ordinances such as An Ordinance Seeking to Regulate Smoking in Public Spaces, Including Public Conveyances and Providing Penalties Thereto in Accordance with the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9211 or “The Tobacco Regulatory Act of 2003”, An Ordinance Creating the City Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit Under the City Health Office of the City Government of Calaca, Batangas among others.
