3.Issuance Of Solo Parent ID
Parent left solo or alone with the responsibility of parenthood due to the following circumstances:
a. Due to death of spouse.
b. Spouse is detained or is serving sentence for a criminal conviction for at least one (1) year.
c. Physical and/or mental incapacity of spouse as certified by a public medical practitioner.
d. Legal separation or de facto separation from spouse for at least one (1) year if he/she is entrusted with the custody of the children.
e. Declaration of nullity or annulment of marriage as decreed by a court or by a church if he/she is entrusted with the custody of the children.
Unmarried mother/father who has preferred to keep and rear her/his child/children instead of having others care for them or give them up to a welfare institution.
Any other person who solely provides parental care and support to a child or children.
Any family member who assumes the responsibility of head of family because of the death, abandonment, disappearance or prolonged absence of the parents or solo parent.

4.Issuance Of Senior Citizens ID
SENIOR CITIZEN OR ELDERLY - refers to any Filipino citizen who is a resident of the Philippines, and who is sixty (60) years old or above. It may apply to senior citizens with "dual citizenship" status provided they prove their Filipino citizenship and have at least six (6) months residency in the Philippines.

8.Provision of Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counselling
Pre-Marriage Orientation (PM Orientation) – in compliance to RA 10354, it refers to the session that all contracting parties must attend before the issuance of a marriage license regardless of the age of the parties.
Pre-Marriage Counseling (PM Counseling) – in compliance with the Family Code, it refers to the mandatory counseling session required to all contracting parties where one or both parties are 18-25 years old in addition to their attendance to the PM Orientation. Contracting parties above 25 years old may also avail of this service. The session provides assistance and guidance to the contracting parties towards an informed decision about their forthcoming married life.

13.ONA Scholarship Program
The ONA Scholarship program is open to poor but deserving Calaqueños who wish to study a service-oriented course with at least a four-year term. Chosen beneficiaries shall enroll in a government-accredited college/university within the province of Batangas. The incoming college student must be a Senior High School Graduate 17-20 years old, resident of the City of Calaca (parents must be registered voter) , with a minimum average grade of 85% or its equivalent, passed the written and oral examinations, with no failing grades in any subject. Each scholar shall be granted annually with a college educational assistance amounting to Php. 20, 000.00, Php. 10, 000.00 per semester for a period of four years.
