3.Issuance Of Solo Parent ID

Parent left solo or alone with the responsibility of parenthood due to the following circumstances:

a. Due to death of spouse.

b. Spouse is detained or is serving sentence for a criminal conviction for at least one (1) year.

Pre-Marriage Orientation (PM Orientation) – in compliance to RA 10354, it refers to the session that all contracting parties must attend before the issuance of a marriage license regardless of the age of the parties.

13.ONA Scholarship Program

The ONA Scholarship program is open to poor but deserving Calaqueños who wish to study a service-oriented course with at least a four-year term. Chosen beneficiaries shall enroll in a government-accredited college/university within the province of Batangas. The incoming college student must be a Senior High School Graduate 17-20 years old, resident of the City of Calaca (parents must be registered voter) , with a minimum average grade of 85% or its equivalent, passed the written and oral examinations, with no failing grades in any subject. Each scholar shall be granted annually with a college educational assistance amounting to Php. 20, 000.00, Php. 10, 000.00 per semester for a period of four years.
