Biography

A Professional Agricultural & Biosystems Exam Passer, Engineer Edward has been with the LGU Calaca since 2018. He graduated from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) in 2017 and is now taking up Master of Public Management in the University of the Philippines Open University. He was the Class Valedictorian in his elementary batch and the Class Salutatorian in high school.

A true epitome of honor and excellence, Engineer Edward was an awardee during the 2017 Leadership Service award sponsored by the College of Engineering and Agro-Industrial Technology in UPLB. He is also a member of the Philippine Society of Agricultural Engineering and Biosystems Engineer and the League of Agricultural Engineering Students. In August 2025, he passed the exam to be a Senior Certified Test Engineer of all levels of Rice Machinery. The list of seminars, trainings, and certifications that Engineer Edward was able acquire, as well as years of experience in his field, prove that he aims for what is best for the agricultural sector of Calaca City.
