Engr. Eleno Ontangco
CITY ENGINEER
Biography
Engr. Ontangco is a Civil Engineer with a rich background in the conduct of a variety of projects – water supply systems, buildings, and road construction. He assumed the role of being the Municipal Engineer in Calaca since 1992, thus, serving the Calacazens for more than twenty-eight years already. Prior to this, he worked in private construction firms for more than three years as a project engineer. Engr. Ontangco completed his degree in Civil Engineering at the Lyceum of the Philippines.
