The Office of the City Human Resource Management Officer is the department responsible for effectively managing the most important asset of the City Government of Calaca, its workforce.
Its mandate is to establish a sound personnel management system and ensure compliance with policies and procedures that will guide employees in the efficient discharge of duties and responsibilities.

Mission

It is our mission to develop and establish comprehensive human resource development programs, systems and procedures. Our core services and competencies shall include effective recruitment, selection and placement by promoting equal employment opportunities, continuously improve the performance management system, provide learning and development interventions and strengthen the rewards and recognition program.

Mrs. Patti Margaret P. Casas

CITY HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Biography

A highly competent Human Resource Management Officer who has eight years of experience in the private sector as an HR Consultant/Practitioner and Insurance Head, she also served at the Provincial Government of Batangas for 18 years. After working in various supporting HR positions, she rose from the ranks and became the Human Resource Department Head. She has held said role in the Local Government Unit of Calaca since 2019. Ms. Casas graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication, Cum Laude from St. Joseph’s College in Quezon City, and earned her degree in Master of Arts in Public Administration from the Lyceum of the Philippines University – Batangas City.
